Term and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically month by month and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed in advance for the first twelve months at the annual price; after that, billing automatically converts to a monthly cycle at the monthly price in effect when the contract was concluded (your original starting rate, unchanged), cancellable monthly. You can cancel at any time, without signing in, via Cancel contracts here. Because no further period is ever prepaid after the first twelve months, no refund arises on a later cancellation.
Functionality and compatibility
Desktop app for Windows 10/11 or macOS; download and activation via your account. Requires your own Claude subscription or API access (Anthropic); those costs are borne by the user. Your working data stays locally on your machine; the app periodically checks your subscription entitlement online. Automatic updates for the duration of the subscription.
