This page cancels the Command Center subscription. One-time purchases (digital products) have no term and never need cancelling.

Did you conclude the contract less than 14 days ago? Then you can withdraw from it instead — a withdrawal undoes the contract and we refund the full amount paid. A cancellation only ends it going forward.

Requested end date (optional)

If left empty, we cancel at the earliest possible date. If your requested date is later than the earliest possible date, we end the contract on your requested date.

Grounds (required for an extraordinary cancellation)

An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible date: at the end of the current billing period, or — once your annual plan has converted to monthly billing — with one month's notice. Because no further period is ever prepaid after the first twelve months of an annual plan, no refund arises. Your access remains fully usable until the cancellation takes effect.
