What is Command Center
The operator desk for your agentic infrastructure — what the product is, what it does, and who it serves.
Command Center is a desktop application for one person who runs their work through AI agents. It gathers everything an agentic working system needs — the agents, their memory, a knowledge graph, scheduled automation, and the terminals the agents actually work in — into a single operator desk that runs entirely on your own machine.
You bring your own Claude subscription. Command Center is the harness around the model: the structure, memory, and coordination that turn a capable model into a system that does real, repeatable, multi-step work.
The operator model in brief
The working model behind every surface is simple: you direct, agents execute. You describe outcomes; Claude Code sessions do the work in terminals you can watch, type into, and pause. The platform's job is to make those sessions effective — it hands them durable memory, a knowledge graph of your documents, written working conventions they read on every start, and a missions board that coordinates larger, multi-agent work.
Every capability has two doors into the same room. Each view in the app has a matching tool surface your agents can call, and both drive the same local backend. Anything you can do by clicking, an agent can do on your behalf — directing your agent is never a degraded path. The full model: The operator model.
What the platform does
- An operator workbench. More than twenty views over one workspace: documents, dashboards, terminals, settings. Any view pops out into its own window; the whole interface switches between multiple themes; a Ctrl/Cmd-K palette jumps to anything.
- Multi-agent orchestration. Open full Claude Code sessions in the Terminals view, ground them with curated context, and coordinate larger efforts through Missions — a Kanban board where multi-agent work runs as a visible fleet of terminal sessions. See Missions and the fleet.
- Memory across sessions. A layered memory system your agents read and write — searchable by keyword and by meaning — so knowledge survives every session, restart, and agent handoff. See Memory layers.
- A knowledge graph — Cortex. The graph mirrors your document workspace and grows entity depth as you choose. The default pipeline runs at zero extra token cost with no additional API key; semantic vector search is an opt-in upgrade with your own Gemini key. See The knowledge graph.
- The intelligence desk. Observer harvests news sources, feeds, YouTube channels, and newsletters on a schedule; Intelligence turns the harvest into curated briefings. Included in every tier.
- Scheduled automation. Routines run agents on a schedule — each run is a fresh agent process with a defined job, tracked and logged. See Routines.

Your machine, your data
Command Center is local-first by design. The application, its background services, the memory stores, and the knowledge graph database all run on your computer and bind only to localhost. Your documents are plain files in a folder you choose. No telemetry leaves the machine.
Autonomy is supervised, not blind. Every agent session runs as a regular, visible terminal pane; one click pauses all agent control; and anything that leaves the machine on your behalf — an email, a social post — waits for your approval first.
Who it's for
Command Center is built for a single operator: a solo builder, a one-person business, anyone who wants to run serious work through agents without assembling the infrastructure themselves. It is deliberately not a team collaboration tool, a hosted service, or a multi-tenant platform — one operator, one machine, everything under your control.
Honest boundaries
- Single operator, single machine. There are no shared workspaces or team accounts.
- The knowledge graph runs on a local database engine (ArcadeDB), which the installer provisions for you — no Docker required. If you stop that engine, the graph surfaces pause; the rest of the app keeps working.
- Agents run on your Claude subscription. Model usage, limits, and costs are between you and your Claude plan. See BYO Claude & keys.
- Voice brings its own provider. The Voice module (Ultra) converses through a separate AI account you connect; its local powers — window and terminal control — cost nothing extra.
- Dictation is included in Pro. System-wide speech to text runs on an on-device model: fully offline, no account, no per-word cost.
