Tiers: Pro & Ultra
What each tier includes and how to choose between them.
Command Center comes in two tiers, Pro and Ultra. There is one installer for both — your subscription decides which surfaces unlock, and changing tiers never means reinstalling.
The split is simple: Pro is the full platform, including the intelligence desk. Ultra adds the production modules — the video engines, the Products pipeline — and Voice.
The capability split

Pro — the full platform
Pro is not a starter tier. It is the whole operator desk: every core view, the terminals and agent panes, missions and the fleet, the calendar that dispatches agents at a chosen moment, the email cockpit, the memory system, the knowledge graph, the routines engine, and the complete intelligence desk — Observer harvesting your sources on schedule and Intelligence turning the harvest into briefings.
If your work is directing agents, building a knowledge base, automating research and monitoring, scheduling work and running missions — Pro is the complete product for it.
Ultra — adds production and Voice
Ultra unlocks the three production surfaces on top of everything in Pro:
- AI video generation. Two complementary video engines — one React-based, one HTML-first — plus footage preparation that turns raw recordings into clean cuts. The engines are substantial installs, so they set up on demand from the Video view rather than during onboarding (they require Node.js — see requirements).
- Products. The multi-stage pipeline that researches, composes, audits, and finishes complete two-component info-products — an agent-facing knowledge base plus a human-facing manual — from your source material.
- Voice. The hands-free assistant: command the windows and terminals and converse with your system by speaking. Voice's local powers cost nothing extra; its conversational AI runs on a separate provider account you bring and connect — it does not run on your Claude subscription. (Dictation itself is included in Pro — see the capability table above.)
- The info-product library. An active Ultra subscription includes the complete catalog of published info-products.
Choose Ultra when you produce — video, sellable knowledge products — or when you want the desk to be hands-free.
Signed in without a subscription
There is no free tier, but a signed-in copy without an active subscription still opens: you keep the shell baseline — your documents, your identity files, the dashboard, settings and the repair tools. The knowledge graph, memory, terminals, the intelligence desk and every other working surface wait for a subscription. Your data is never held hostage by billing state — it is plain files on your machine either way.
How the gate behaves
- Locked views stay visible. A view your tier does not include shows a lock and an upgrade note instead of its content — never a hidden menu entry you have to guess about.
- Upgrades unlock in place. Moving from Pro to Ultra is a subscription change; the app picks it up on its next background refresh, and the locked views open. No reinstall, no new download.
- Updates are not tier-gated. Every signed-in install receives updates — including security fixes — whether or not the subscription is currently active.
- Both tiers are BYO Claude. Agent work always runs on your own Claude subscription; see BYO Claude & keys.
